Hi! So last night I decided to take part in Dewey’s 24 Hour readathon, which is today! I’m sure a lot of you are already familiar with this readathon, but just in case you don’t know, basically the goal is to read as much as you can from 8 AM est, today, to 8 AM est, tomorrow.

I’ve participated in this readathon a couple of times before and have always had so much fun. So, even though I have some errands to run today, I decided to jump in at the last minute and participate!

I’ve been in a bit of a reading slump lately, so my goal for the next 24 hours is to stay motivated, read as much as I can, and finally finish some books!!

First up on my tbr, I want to finish There’s Someone in Your House by Stephanie Perkins. This has been such a good and spooky read! I’m currently over halfway, so I really should have no problem finishing this one if I actually just sit down and read, which is something I haven’t been doing a lot lately, lol.

Next, I also want to further my progress in Slasher Girls and Monster Boys. I’ve really been enjoying listening to the audiobook for this short story collection. I only have three stories left, so I, at least, want to finish one of them.

Then, I’d love to reread Pumpkin Heads by Rainbow Rowell. I first read this graphic novel a couple years ago and adored it. My sister recently read it for the first time, and it made me want to reread it myself. So I’m adding it to my tbr and ignoring the fact that my October tbr is already impossibly too long for me as it is. 😂😅

Finally, if I have time, I want to start something else. I’m undecided but The Ex Hex and The Orphan Witch are strong contenders! But really, with me, you never know what I’ll pick up. I’m very much a mood reader most of the time.
