April Wrap-Up!
April was a much better reading month than March. I think it’s safe to say that I’m finally out of my dreadful reading slump!
BOOKS READ
First off, I finally finished April’s books: A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas and 1984 by George Orwell! For some reason it took me forever to read those two books! After that, I read:

The Chronicle of Three: Bloodline (not pictured) was an ebook
– Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks \\ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
– The Phantom of Pine Hill by Carolyn Keene \\⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
– Room by Emma Donoghue \\ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
– The Chronicle of Three: Bloodline by Tabitha Caplinger \\ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
BOOKS REVIEWED
If I Stay by Gayle Forman \\ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas \\ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks \\ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Chronicle of Three: Bloodlines by Tabitha Caplinger \\ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
CLASSIC READ
My classic of the month, as part of the 2016 Classics Challenge was:
– Matilda by Roald Dahl
I started this book later in the month than I had expected (I think it was either the 29th or the 30th…😂) and I’m still currently reading it. I’m almost done with it though, and my post about it will be coming [hopefully] sometime next week!
BOOK HAUL
I only got 3 new books and 1 ebook in April!
I received both The Kill Order by James Dashner and Passenger by Alexandra Bracken as birthday gifts (my birthday is in March, but being Easter was so early this year, I ended up having my party in April)!
I also bought Where the Sidewalk Ends by Shel Silverstein in honor of National Poetry Month. I have fond memories of my older sister reading me Shel Silverstein’s poems when we were little, and I’ve been wanting a copy for myself for a while now! 🙂
Also, through NetGalley, I received The Chronicle of Three: Bloodline by Tabitha Caplinger!
That wraps up my April! Where did that month even go? I feel like it only lasted about a week, and then, BOOM! It’s now May! I hope you all had a lovely April, and are having an even more lovely May. Talk to you next time! 🙂
